There may be another such creek in the area of Homewood Ave., just east of Monaghan, running down from the drumlin just north of that area. An old-timer (age 96) neighbour who lived most of his life on that block, talked about how the homes around him (including mine) always had water running through their basements and there had been a swampy area across the road before houses were built there.
